Reflection

When we stop to think about our professional career, generally the resumes show our studies with the specific experience in an area, it is surprising when in informal conversations with colleagues other acquired knowledge arise opposite to what we do but that influence the way of working, relating and leading. In my case, I have dedicated myself to safety for 12 years, incorporating quality management into my career 8 years ago, and here is the fun part: before I was a dance teacher, I was a graduate in international cuisine and I was also the director of cosmetics sales, I believe that all experiences strongly influence our "current professional being" with dance. I learned discipline, perseverance and handling of frustration, in the kitchen to be methodical, plan, innovate, follow processes and work as a team; With cosmetics I learned to sell, motivate people and stress management by meeting objectives, everything acquired in totally different areas is applied today in my day to day and motivates me to always be open to new challenges.
Resilience
COVID 19
More than ever and with the premise of #quedateencasa #RESILIENCE STARTS WITH ONE, it is inevitable to feel the effect of disturbance in this complex situation, this present invites us to maintain 2 approaches that can help us cushion the impact: Reflection and Care, WHO tells us "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease or illness." Let's think: today what needs my attention the most? Be productive all the time? Keeping me in a state of perfectionism is according to the moment I live? What is the worst that can happen to me with all this? While we accept this situation, let us take advantage of the resources that this changing environment offers us and PRIORITIZE OURSELVES AS RESILIENT BEINGS where PATIENCE has a fundamental role.

Quality
Changing a word can improve the interaction between quality and production.
In construction projects under construction for some time now we stop CONTROLLING quality to MANAGE IT, putting communication as the main actress to transmit it and of course materializing MANAGEMENT from the BEGINNING, this saves us a lot of discomfort and the strained relationship between production and quality, generating a good synergy.
Managing quality from the beginning forces us to work as a team on the three main aspects: design, materials and execution, there are no controls over what has already been done / finished (bye surprises!), This allows early detection, making the repetitive opportunities of improvement. When we inspect the compliance of the processes and the execution of corrective actions that arise, we direct the project to more efficient end-of-work inspections and with positive and pleasant relationships.
WE ALL DO QUALITY!
